Barry took a very complex and difficult real estate transaction with several stakeholders into a very smooth and successful sale benefitting his clients significantly. Barry demonstrated to me he is a problem solver and represents his client(s) as if the property was his own. Without his expertise, I question whether this difficult sale could have been successfully consummated.

I have bought and sold several homes in my life and none were as difficult as this one but Barry made it an easy process and an enjoyable one. Barry worked with me to sell my home while COVID-19 was going on. He was very professional and was eager to assist in any way to meet my expectations for a quick sell. He guided me with the repairs that were needed per the city's guidelines and he even rolled up his sleeves and helped to get them done. From the time of posting the property online for sell and the open house was 3 days and there were 7 offers on the table. I couldn't have been more pleased. I would recommend Barry as a realtor he gives 100% from start to finish.
