Barry made our buying a property as easy as could be. He brought a great personal touch to the table when introducing us to properties in the area. He went as far as to introduce us to his family. When introducing us to the sellers he made it like meeting long lost family, and made the whole process more of a family affair than a purchase agreement. There are really not enough words to describe the experience we had finding our first home with Barry and his team. He was always patient with us, and he had an answer to all of our questions regardless of the time of day it was. My sister whom is a realtor on North Carolina found Barry for us and we were super happy with her choice! Despite being pretty particular with what we wanted and price - Barry took it in stride and found multiple properties for us to look at. We ended up going full circle back to the very first place we looked at - we've now lived at our new home for a month and absolutely in love with it. Barry was honest and up front with everything, very personable, and I felt he listened to what we really wanted.
